Workforce Analytics Senior Manager up to £125K
A leading Top 4 Consultancy based in the heart of London are actively seeking a Senior Manager to drive the growth of a specialist Analytics division. This is a challenging role for someone at the peak of their career, seeking a progressive opportunity with senior levels of responsibility from day one.
In a Workforce Planning and Analytics team which has grown to a market leading position since its inception over three years ago, my client have a reputation for going above and beyond market demand. By providing the highest quality analytics solutions, implementing revolutionary methodologies and shaping businesses through unparalleled consultancy, there is now an active requirement for a Senior Manager to bridge the gap between projects and offer a strategic attitude to global clients.
Projects / assignments will typically start at £100K value, and will include a variety of requirements from predictive workforce analytics, helping organisations make better use of their data, operational analytics, technological capabilities and even profiling leadership. You will be working with multi-site, multinational and multimillion pound organisations adding tangible value to long term success.
I am ideally looking for the following experience:
- Someone in a senior role within either a Consultancy or End Client, with a flair for workforce planning or Analytics
- A professional who is well versed to delivering complex projects incorporating design and implementation of analytics solutions
- A Senior Manager / Manager from a tech Consultancy tailored to HR / Workforce / HR
This is an exceptionally challenging role, which will include the following responsibilities:
- Leading project teams (variable from 3 to 30, across a number of multidimensional business functions)
- Take charge of client liaison / relationship management
- Responsible for your own +£1m sales target
- Delivery of large scale, complex analytics projects – on time and on budget
- A full understanding of the interaction between technology, data and capabilities of HR Analytics
This is not a training role with a period of time to ‘learn the ropes’. I am in search of applicants ready to take this challenge from day one. The rewards include the expectation of working towards a Partner role within 24 months, and ultimately being part of a team that will increase 400% (turnover, staff and client projects) during this period of time.
Although this role requires travel across the UK depending on client requirements, the ideal applicant will be in / around London and happy to commute to a central office daily.
