Sales and Marketing Director – Analytics Practice – London – £180K OTE
An international Analytics firm with a head office in central London are actively seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to drive new business acquisition, key accounts and an existing sales team as part of an ambitous growth plan that will return genuine rewards. The successful Sales & Marketing Director will be essential in the future success of this Analytics organisation.
Operating in a specialist industry, my Analytics and Business Intelligence client have experienced significant success since their inception a decade ago. Carving out a worldwide name despite global competition, there is now an active requirement for a Sales & Marketing Director to take a leading role in accelerating this growth curve.
Your responsibilities as Sales and Marketing Director will include (but are not limited to)
- Head up all marketing activities and new marketing processes
- Develop exceptional relationships with C level stakeholders and clients of all sizes
- Manage an existing Sales Team
- Train and develop Sales Team
- Make all new hiring decisions (ideally double team size in 2017)
- Grow revenue through two routes: New business sales, and growth of existing accounts
- Work alongside Managing Director on all sales & marketing related strategies
This Sales and Marketing Director role offers an almost unlimited budget to increase revenue. Through your own hiring decisions and market approach you will have unrivalled flexibility to manage this practice as you see fit. You should have an impeccable track record to demonstrate your ability to do this.
We are seeking someone who fits the following criterea:
- A Professional Services background i.e. have worked with / for the UK’s top consulting firms
- A proven track record winning projects / deals in a range of sizes (hundreds of thousands to millions)
- Demonstrated success in running and growing a sales team
- Proven experience in the Analytics industry
This is a challenging role with ambitious targets. With this in mind, there is an exceptional financial package on offer – a basic salary ranging from £70-85K plus an uncapped commission scheme in which the Sales & Marketing Director should expect to earn c£180K in their first 12 months.
