BI Support / Help Desk
SearchBI are actively recruiting for a BI Support / help desk professional for a growing software company based in Derby. Our client are a successful and expanding stalwart in the Analytics, performance management and business intelligence space. Having established themselves as the market leader in their vertical market over the last 10 years our client is adding headcount to their tech division to cope with growing demand created by ongoing new business wins along with on-going client requirements pushed my major vendor recommendations.
Having partnered with multiple global software companies, this role is an excellent opportunity to cross and up skill in new technologies, gain experience working within a specialist tech division and broaden experience.
Ideally we are looking for someone with hands on experience in:
- BI support / development
- QlikView / QlikSense or similar BI tool
- Ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- 1st or 2nd line support experience
- Analysis or development background
- Computer Science degree or similar – industry experience is also of interest
You should be a self-motivated passionate technical professional, and someone seeking a progressive role in the future.
This is an office based position, so the successful applicant must be able to commute to the Derby area on a daily basis.
